Core educational services

We partner with schools, kura, and Kāhui Ako across Horowhenua-Manawatū to deliver practical, beginner-friendly professional learning grounded in local tikanga, kawa, and mātauranga Māori.

Cultural responsiveness PLD

Professional learning that strengthens culturally safe, affirming, and responsive teaching practice across all learning environments.

Local curriculum support

Embedding authentic kōrero tuku iho histories, cultural narratives, identity, and perspectives directly into your kura curriculum.

Cluster and cross-school delivery

Shared PLD delivered across networks and clusters of kura through coordinated timetables, workshops, and shared resource models.

Mā te whakarongo, mā te titiro, e kī ana ka ako e.

Every programme is custom designed to reflect the aspirations and readiness of your teaching staff, school board, and local tamariki, fostering lasting confidence in te reo, tikanga, and relational engagement.

Marae-based learning and rotating workshops

Our professional learning goes beyond conventional classroom theory. We offer immersive marae-based wānanga guided by local tikanga and kawa, helping teachers and leaders understand pōwhiri processes, whaikōrero, karanga, and local protocols in an authentic, supportive setting.

For clusters formally known as Kāhui Ako, we facilitate rotating practical workshops in te reo Māori, mihimihi, and waiata to allow kaiako to develop skills at their own pace.

Customised delivery for your school cluster

All programmes can be tailored to meet the specific needs, goals and learning priorities of your kura, Kāhui Ako or school cluster. Delivery can be provided to individual schools or across multiple kura through workshops, staff PLD, wānanga and rotational programmes.
